Περάσαμε ένα πολύ ωραίο σαββατοκύριακο στις 'Κατοικίες Μάνης'. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ήσυχο, καθαρό με άριστη διακόσμηση και πλήρη εξοπλισμό. Μεταξύ Καρδαμύλης και Στούπας σε φανταστική τοποθεσία είναι ένας τέλειος προορισμός για ρομαντικές διακοπές,

Almost a paradise!
Beautiful and charming villa. A view to relax and enjoy! If breakfat was offered and if a swimming pool was available, the paradise would be there, no doubt! The view was great, the furniture chosen with taste. Few problems with the internet - my kids were really interested.
The sea in front of the flats not easy to use, very difficult to reach. You had to walk or drive to the nearby beach. The owners very polite trying always hard to keep us satisfied offering basic things for breakfast. That was really one thing that I did not like. When I am on holidays I prefer to find everything ready, spoil myself not having to think of the milk I have to buy.
But that does not take away the magic of the place.

Отличное место для отдыха, если вы не любите гостиницы
Мы (родители и двое детей) отдыхали в Katikies Manis одну неделю в июне 2012 года. Отличное место: юг Пелопонеса, два пляжа в 10-15 минутах ходьбы, мало туристов. Несколько небольших деревенек в 10 минутах езды на машине. О вилле: это дом, специально перестроенный под туристов, разделен на три изолированных секции (одна на две спальни, одна на одну и одна - студия). Мы были в большой секции, которая по сути представляет из себя трехкомнатную квартиру площадью около 130 кв.м. + большая веранда. Две спальни, две ванных комнаты и большая комната с кухней. Фотографии полностью соответствуют содержанию. Отличный дизайн в прованском стиле, ежедневно убирают (очень хорошо, кстати, что редкость). Отличные хозяева, которые помогали по первой же просьбе. В конце нредели устроили для нас барбекью, которое затянулось до поздней ночи (на территории участка есть мангал, большой стол под тенистым деревом и т.д. и т.п. Отличное место! Настоятельно рекомендую!

περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο τριήμερο στις "κατοικίες μάνης" και μόνο συγχαρητήρια μπορούμε να δώσουμε σε όσους επιμελήθηκαν το χώρο καθώς και στους ιδιοκτήτες......βρήκαμε το σημείο εξαιρετικό καθώς ήταν μεταξύ Στούπας και Καρδαμύλης, χαρήκαμε την ησυχία της φύσης και γεμίσαμε μπαταρίες......το προσωπικό ήταν διακριτικότατο , το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο , όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά !!!!!! θα σας ξαναδούμε σίγουρα !!!!!!

Wonderful spot on the coast to relax
We had a wonderful stay here in the early spring. The accommodation was outstanding and the assistance we had from the owner was priceless. The assorted breakfast foods and wine were welcoming and the advice on where to eat was very helpful.
The location looking over a bay and the sea is wonderful.

Κατοικίες υψηλής αισθητικής,σ'έναν τόπο διάχυτης Ελληνικής ομορφιάς!Ιδανικό μέρος για ξεκούραση και ηρεμία με υπέροχη θέα!Οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν κατασκευάσει και διακοσμήσει με πολύ μεράκι,αγάπη και γούστο την κάθε κατοικία ξεχωριστά,κάτι που γίνεται αντιληπτό από την πρώτη στιγμή!Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Excellent location, stunning villas, best Holiday!
Trully amazing location, it feels like the most luxurious summer house of your own!
Very close to the Kardamyli and Stoupa (a car is preferable) and so quite and beautiful!
The sea view from our balcony from the Senior Katoikia was stunning. We've loved he villa, so tastefully decorated, lots of effort for the details that matter!
Room Tip: You will enjoy stunning view from everywhere, just have a great camera with you!

Relaxing location with stunning sunsets!
We stayed in the VIP rooms for four days.
Sue, the resident caretaker/manager was a delight, informative and helped us enjoy our stay.
A car is an absolute must to get to and from Kardymyli/Stupa, indeed to see anything in and around the Mani region.
Getting to Katikies can be a bit tricky from Kadamyli the first time as (if you are not too sure exactly where it is located) it is approx' 4 kilometers from Kardamyli.
If you keep your eyes peeled to the side of the road, you will see a sign on the right side of the road indicating that Katikies is 200/300 meters away.
We were greeted with tasty cakes for breakfast and fruit and a bottle of local wine in the fridge, which was a nice touch.
We were impressed with the size (about 50 -60 meters) of the main living room. A definite WOW! It had a modern, spacious feel with the kithcen and fridge at the back of the room for cooking.
Clean linen,towels, slipper provided as well!
The real higlights were the quality matress: which ensured sound sleeping. A real welcomed bonus!
There is a path down to the "private" area down a small footpath, (to the right side of the rooms) with sundecks and a metal ladder to swim into the sea. The beach (on the left side of the location) is about a ten minute walk.
The Wifi internet connection worked perfectly the first day (without any need for passwords/codes) and on our last nmorning, but the reception was spasmodic and poor for a two days even with a "booster" device that Sue has had installed in the bedroom.
One "big" negative (considering the quality of the location) was a very small plasma TV screen. It does not do the location justice as it is located on the left side of the main entrance. It should be at least three or four times bigger and moved over above the fireplace, as I mentioned to Sue personally and we both agreed on this!
Trying to watch the DVD's that were provided was not enjoyable at all, as the images were so reduced in size.
Also disappointing was a lack of an intergrated sound system witth speakers connected to the DVD player.
I had to turn up the volume to 100 (honest!)- (I could not believe it myself) on the remote control to get any real audible sound from the screen (due to the lack of any speakers connected to the DVD player in the room) so If you do not plan to stay in and watch DVD's then you will enjoy the VIP rooms fully.
Watch out for the mosquitoes. Make sure you put the anti- mosquito devices on and if you go out, spray yourself with Autan or a suitable repellent. They bite!
Sill, this is a tranquil, peaceful setting for a very relaxing stay and we enjoyed the total silence early in the morning. The sunsets can be spectacular as well.
Not to be missed is the fishing port of Agios Nikolaos - (down the coast just past Stupa) in the evening. An absolute delight as we unexpectedly found out.
